于楠楠，哈尔滨工业大学经济与管理学院副教授，博士生导师。研究方向为基础设施政策、科研政策、区域发展政策等。共计发表文章30余篇，其中第一或通讯作者SSCI 期刊论文13篇，包括FT50期刊等领域顶刊论文7篇。共主持包括国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发项目等国家级及省部级科研项目十余项。
